My birthday cake

Its my birthday !!!

Today the making of my birthday cake. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 225 g Butter or Margarine (8oz)
• 225 g Caster Sugar (8 oz)
• Medium Eggs x 4
• 175 g Self-Raising Flour (6 oz) Sieved
• 50 g Cocoa Powder (2 oz)

Pre-heat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4. Grease and line two 20cm (8 inch) sandwich tins.

Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs and if the mixture starts to curdle, add a little flour.

Fold in the remaining flour and the cocoa powder with a metal spoon.

Divide the mixture between the two tins. 

 Bake for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove from oven and leave to cool before turning out onto a cooling rack.

The next day, I whipped cream and sandwiched between the two cakes. then melted some chocolate and drizzles over the top of the cake. Finally to make it colorful i got Smarties and placed them in a 15 formation and placed them also around the edge.

My first ever favorites post. Enjoy!

what can I say, I adore this scarf I wear it most days well everyday. It is so cosy and looks so nice.very sheek in my opinion.

MUA heaven and earth. Is a shimmer pallette so not one if you don't like shimmer.  It was only £4 and is worth every penny. the pigment is incredible. Even without a primer it stays put all day. If your looking for a cheap palette defiantly go for this one.

I bought these sweets whilst in Italy skiing. I purchased 4 packets and have ate all of them already. I miss the taste. Its so sad you cant get them in this country. So next year when I go I am going to buy a years supply of them.

So  after I came back from sking I had very dry skin from the cold weather and wind burn exert era. I didn't have a face moisturizer that wasn't scented.Also I wanted something cheep and this was it was £1. It is so creamy doesn't smell and within 2 days of using it twice a day I didn't have dry skin anymore defiantly worth the money. 

I got this Holister spray for Christmas off my cousins and it is amazing. Smells fruity and reminds me of holidays. I have never had a Holister spray before and have to buy another one after this.

 Also after I came back from skiing I had very dry lips. This is Megan's but I "borrowed" it. It works magic no more cracked chapped lips. amazing

I got this of Rachel for Christmas and I love it. It is quite deep which I love and even muted down it is pigmented.

 Eyeliner I wear it everyday. This one I have fallen in love with it. It is not expensive and doesn't crumble after a couple of hours.

 I absolutely love Horrible Histories. So with my Christmas money this is what I bought and I don't regret it one bit.

Pearl earring. So since I got my second piercing done I love how they both go together.

Mm hot chocolate. who doesn't love a good hot chocolate with marshmallows. cold nights in bed with DVD's.

As some of you may know I have watched Youtube and in particular Joe sugg for about the whole time he has been on youtube. He is hilarious and can bring light to a dull day.

MUA Haul

Hello, Today I have a mini haul from MUA. I haven't  bought anything from MUA before but as I love make up I thought I may as well try it out.

Firstly, MUA isn't a expensive brand. However as it is a cheap going brand , the quality of the make up is very good. Especially the eye shadows they are very pigmented. Also the nail varnish is aswell.

Time for the pictures.

These are all the products I purchased.

This MUA pallette is in Heavan and Eart. It was only £4 ! 

So pretty. The pigment is incredible. This pallet has not mattes so if you like shimmer this is the pallet for you,

This eyeliner was an incredible £2. Plus the pigment is amazing. Long lasting and doesn't fade or crumble unlike some eyeliners.

In order from left to right: Honey shine, leapfrog, Purple noir. The pigment in these is super good for £1 each ! defiantly worth the money.

current obsessions// people

A new post about current obsessions this time people. Who doesn't have a celebrity crush?

Firstly, Miley Cyrus she is so different to everyone else out there.She went away for years and now she is finally who she wants to be. people slate her for being different but they say be yourself and don't do what other people want you do .1 word. Hypocrites. Also she is just beautiful why can't I be her.

Next, Tom Fletcher ( known for mcfly and McBusted). wooh what a fitty. Now I know hes 29 but fwarr. His cheeky smile.Enough said. absolutely great dad to Buzz his son.

Now for another great parent Angelina Jolie. OMG how perfect. She is an inspiration. Her termination is on point. She is a great mother, and a great actress and beyond beautiful.

Finally, this is a tough one but it has to be George Ezra. His voice is absolutely incredible.You think he is going to be an old man but in fact he is only 21 is spectacular.

Wear Life eats// Edition 2

Hello everyone, I'm back. I want to go back to ski-ing I miss it so much :( Anyway today Wear Life Eats edition 2. Enjoy!

I took these ski-ing with me, and wore them almost everyday. Pretty much the whole of January so far. I feel as though they are the perfect shoes. Comfortable, practical and amazing.  I will continue wearing forever. Defiantly worth the money.

Life//

Sadly yesterday we travelled  home from the school's ski trip . I had a fantastic time with memories that will last a life time. the journey back tool 21 hours !!! I didn't get much sleep but I didn't really mind because the views I witnessed were incredible and will last a life time. if you get the chance to go defiantly do it.

Eats//

Oh my goodness. now, you cant find these in  England I purchased them in Italy. Whilst i was away this was pretty much what I ate 24/7. Every morning i got up at 6 and I was usually hungry so i grabbed these and could not stop munching on them. As a result of not being able to stop eating them i bough 4 packs woops. that just shows how much I absolutely love them. they aren't expensive and taste amazing. Plus they turn your tongue bright blue.

Today I thought I would tell you all about my favorite songs at the moment.

Firstly cage the elephant. Especially, Come a little closer it is just a feel good song in my opinion it might not be for everyone. Another plus is the video is so unique.

Finally a less indie rock. Taylor Swift blank space. It just makes me feel so sassy and inadvisable. To be honest it was one of those song I had to keep listening to to like it, now I just cannot get it out of my head.
